Well, the two big ones (Crash Gate and Ferrari Spy/Test Data Gate) were clearly Alonso as the only person that benefited from them directly was him. The Mass Damper was a design element from Renault on both cars. Team orders are team orders, and let's face it, Alonso was the best chance Ferrari had at winning. It sure as hell wasn't Massa.

Me either. But God help me, I love McLaren so.
I just can't for the life of me figure out why you'd rehire a guy that ruined your team and ran you out of Formula 1. I just can't. I don't care how damn good he is, and let's face it, he's tops, he cheated huge, blamed everybody else, and got Ron relegated.
What really makes me mad as hell is Alonso is so damn good he doesn't have to cheat...and yet he has. Twice. I've been watching F1 since 1975. I have never in my life seen anybody cheat twice, ruin team bosses and others careers, and never get so much as a fine for it.
Simply staggering.

I didn't even watch the race. I was busy tiling a splash guard around the Jacuzzi tub. Pretty much new what would happen anyway.

Mixed emotions seeing the HONDA logo back on the car.

I really never understood what anybody saw in him. I really don't. You're absolutely right: He could take a front runner to an also ran in record time.

I will cheer for the other McLaren but i cannot cheer a car driven by the worst cheat the sport has known in recent years.
Same here. I just can't stomach it. The crime of it all is that he's such a good driver he didn't need to.

I sincerely hope Jules is OK and makes a full recovery. That said, he was traveling FAR TOO FAST while double yellow flags were waving. Drivers have been ignoring yellow flags for years, either barely lifting or not lifting at all for them. They constantly over drive the cars and leave the racing surface and never get a penalty.
You want to stop this sort of thing? It's simple: ENFORCE THE RULES. About time Perez gets 5 drive through penalties in a row for going off track, he'll stop driving like an idiot.

Well, word around the camp fire is that Alonso has a deal with Honda, not with McLaren. So it's going to turn out like the Aryton Senna deal. Oh hell...here we go again.

I don't see it happening. Knowing what happened the last time, and the absolute disaster the team turned into under Whitmarsh, I don't see Ron going anywhere. If he does, it'll be pretty much the end of McLaren. Again.

It's been that way since Martin took over. Frankly, I'm glad he's gone and Ron is back.

Hamilton has become a full blown douchbag. Full stop.

You know F1 is dead in the States when they're tape delaying it until two o'clock so they can show live Tour de France coverage that nobody cares about.

Yea. Given Massa's comments lately, he's just lost the plot. He hasn't been the same since getting hit with that spring and now he's making every excuse in the book over it.
