Grojean's biggest problem was the pressure he was under to perform. Had he been put into a team like Ferrari, Red Bull or McLaren, where they had time to develop him and bring him along without worrying about money all the time, he'd have been MUCH better off.
Instead, he was out there doing some really stupid
**** in an effort to prove he belongs in F1. It cost him a lot.
