Well, if you'll remember, both USF1 and HRT started the same way:

The reality was that neither team had the money to even finish the car. THAT is why they didn't make it. That is also why they both folded. I mean, for
**** sake, Lotus couldn't even pay Kimi as they had promised to do TWICE.
That team is in a shitload of trouble. It's sad too, because it's a damn fine team.
