Domenicali gone
« on: Monday, April 14, 2014 »
S Domenicali has resigned from Ferrari with immediate effect.
Was this before he was fired or just realised that he wasn't actually up to the job?
Seemed like a nice bloke who did his best. I will miss him, mainly because he kept Ferrari off the top, what better job could he do for a McLaren fan??

He should have been fired long ago. When you start working on next years car half way through the season 4 seasons in a row, you need to go. Once again though, Luca is going to stick with the all Italian theme at all costs, so that works we'll for Mclaren.

He was **** canned...but he went out like a gentleman. That's where the conversation goes like this:

Luca: Do I have to say the words, Stephano?
Stephano: I'm fired?

Luca: Fired? I only wish we were in the army, so I could have you shot.
Stephano: OK. Do I get a severance?

Luca: Sure. You resign, blame yourself, support the team and you get one. You don't, you'll be at the bottom of the Mediterranean wearing concrete loafers within the hour.
